Siberian Iris Miss Apple

Siberian Iris Miss Apple

Moist, boggy areas such as along a stream or pond can be tricky, to say the least. Most perennials will not grow under these conditions. But award-winning Miss Apple Siberian Iris actually thrives when planted near the water's edge! Preferring moist soil, she also does very well in dryer areas with well-drained soil, like in a sunny border or mixed bed. And talk about color… Miss Apple is closer to true red than any other Siberian Iris on the market today. With rich magenta standards and deep red falls with gold markings, this is a showstopper that will definitely garner plenty of attention. Easy to grow and deer resistant, this fragrant variety perennializes like a dream.
