A bicolor dahlia to charm the birds from the trees. With its whimsical style and bright bicolor palette, the enchanting 5-5½" blooms of Polka put the fun back in borders and bouquets. Aptly named, this powder-puff type dahlia features fluffy yellow centers surrounded by creamy petals washed and edged in pretty, soft pink.
