Bush Peony White Cap

White Cap shows off a ring of supple, beet-red petals surrounding a center of fluffy, buff-colored petaloids that changes to snowy white as the flower opens wide. Like many of its species, this multiple award winner is sweetly fragrant and very long lived in the garden, lasting for generations with proper planting and care. Borders come alive with vivacious color from late spring to early summer. The showy blooms look amazing in fresh-cut bouquets, too. Perennializes well, dependably returning yearly with an increased number of blooms and even more vigor than before. Easy to grow and deer resistant.

Growing Tips

Planting Instructions:
Dig a hole large enough to spread out roots without bending them. Set crown with buds 1" below ground-level. Water in thoroughly. Plant at least 6 weeks before ground freezes.
