Redeeming Coupons
Each coupon/discount is an exclusive offer and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one coupon offer per order. All discounts are subject to product availability. Occasionally certain system configurations can cause problems in claiming coupons and discounts. If for any reason you have difficulties redeeming your coupon or discount, use our Live Chat option and a customer service agent will be happy to help. Our customer service staff will ensure that your discount is applied.
Catalog/Mailed Offer: To receive your coupon or discount from a catalog or other mailing, enter your offer code, which can be found on the back of your catalog, in the discount code field in the cart.
E-mail Promotion: Click on any link in the e-mail promotion and the coupon or discount being offered in that e-mail will automatically be applied to your order. You can also find the offer code at the bottom of the e-mail, which can be typed into the discount code field in the cart.
