Dutch Iris Blue Pearl

What a rock star in the garden. My husband has his favorite "purple barrel" in which I've planted a succession garden of purple. We start with purple tulips, hyacinths, etc., then tall siberian iris, delphinium and lavender colored cleome to end the season. This year I planted a few of these bulbs in the barrel and...wonderful sprouts came up and delighted us. The color is a rich, dark purple and started the "purple growing season" off to a wonderful start. i will plant more next year; this time in clumps and not so scattered. Beautiful bulbs!
