Gladiolus Blues

Latin Name: Gladiolus

Common Name: Gladiola

Prized for large bouquets, this Hybrid Gladiolus has sword-like foliage and tall, impressive flower spikes that make a stiking accent in a mixed flower border. Each flower spike is loaded with massive flowers in a shade of ultra-pale lavendar blue.

For best effect, plant in groups of six or more of a single color or grow dozens in a bed reserved for cutting. Enjoy blooms for many weeks through July and August by planting bulbs at two week intervals from early spring until the end of June.

Glads are easy to grow, requiring only full sun and good drainage.
