Aptly named Evident is a new addition to our line of tall, elegant Gladiolus. Clearly a beauty with sophisticated appeal, it produces unusual blue buds that open to reveal deep lavender-pink blooms. The same blue hue appears in accents across the supple, 3" wide florets. We suggest planting these statuesque specimens in back borders with plenty of sun or along a fence line to get the most from their vertical growth habit. Each 3-4' stalk bears plentiful flowers, 10-12 of which are open at a time, giving the entire garden a colorful, designer-inspired look. An exceptional cut flower, and very easy to grow. Lift in fall in zones 3-7.
