Contests

From time-to-time we may request information from you via contests. Participation in contests is completely voluntary and no purchase is required to enter. Information gathered may include name, mailing address, and email address. This information is used to notify the winners and award prizes.

By entering, entrants represent and warrant

1. That they own all rights the picture submitted, and
2. That the photo(s) submitted to the contest does not violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyright.

No lewd, nude, crude, or offensive photographs (as determined by Gardens Alive!, Inc. d/b/a K. van Bourgondien in its sole and absolute discretion) will be accepted. Gardens Alive!, Inc. reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry for any reason.

By entering the contest, Entrant hereby grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to any Gardens Alive! agent or subsidiary to copy, distribute, license or sub-license, publicly display or otherwise use the photo(s) in connection with the contest or with any other Gardens Alive advertising, marketing or promotional purposes, to be determined in its sole discretion.
