Yellow Ginger Lily

I put these in planters after the first frost. In my area that is memorial day. They didn't start breaking the soil until the end of July. They grow slowly and now it's the beginning of October, we've had our first frost and I brought them inside. They have reached the height of about eight inches. No blooms. Maybe next year? I'll try starting them in March indoors next year.
