Common Name: Bellflower
A modern take on the classic cottage bellflower, this pretty Campanula has spikes smothered in grape-purple flowers in early summer. It's shorter and more upright than its predecessors so plant it near the front of the border. PPAF.
Plant in the spring or fall in full sun to full shade, in well drained humus soil. Space plants 12-20" apart. After 3-4 years, divide plant. Remove spent flower stems after blooming.
