These exotic beauties, native to South America, can transform a terrace or patio into a tropical paradise. Angel Trumpets are large shrubs with lush foliage and masses of delightfully fragrant trumpets, 8 to 10" long (sometimes longer). A mature plant, blooming from midsummer until frost, may display up to 80-100 blooms at one time!

In the cool, moist air of evening, their fragrance is spellbinding. Group several together on the patio or near the pool for a spectacular effect. Big and bold, Brugmansia will attain a height of 3-4' the first season and may reach 6-8' tall with a 6' spread in subsequent years. Grow these Angel Trumpets in large containers, preferably in full sun, and winter them indoors near a sunny window. Hardy in zone 10.
