Simple and sweet at first glance, this collarette type red and yellow dahlia reveals its complexity upon further inspection... just like the storybook bear. The central disk of the flower is surrounded by a collar of small ruffled petals in bright golden yellow. The larger petals are a clear orange-red with golden tips and form a delightful backdrop for this sunshiny little flower. No. 1 size tubers.
