Orders returned in original packaging within ten (10) working days of receipt will be promptly refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise. If, for any reason, your order is refused after shipment, any shipping costs incurred, will be charged to your account. There will be no charge for any errors made on our part. If your merchandise is not received in satisfactory condition, simply notify us immediately upon receipt, and we will replace it free of charge. In no case will we be liable for more than the purchase price of the product. If your merchandise does not grow within one growing season, simply contact us and we will replace the product free of charge. If we no longer carry the item(s), we will issue you a merchandise credit for the price you paid for the merchandise. You can use the merchandise credit on any future purchase(s).
Clearance Sale Replacements: If an item(s) purchased from a clearance sale does not grow within a year of the order date, simply contact us and we will issue you a merchandise credit for the price you paid for the merchandise. You can use the merchandise credit on any future purchase(s).
